Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and preferably Autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our growing mobile team. This role involves traveling to ALFs and care facilities to deliver expert medical services. Ideal for a provider who thrives in independent, flexible settings and values meaningful patient relationships. Palm Beach and North Broward.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment, and follow-up care.

Travel between assigned facilities to deliver on-site medical services.

Collaborate with physicians, staff, and caregivers for optimal care coordination.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Educate patients and staff on preventative care and condition management.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Autonomous NP license in Florida (preferred).

Experience in ALFs or similar community settings preferred.

Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
