Job DescriptionDental Assistant – High-End Concierge Practice in Miami Beach
We are seeking a skilled and professional Dental Assistant to join our fee-for-service, boutique-style dental practice in the heart of Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental field, be well-versed in advanced cosmetic and restorative procedures, and embody the warm, polished demeanor that reflects the elevated experience we offer our patients. Dentrix experience is preferred, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the doctor chairside during a wide range of dental procedures (cosmetic, restorative, surgical)
- Taking digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and iTero scans
- Setting up and breaking down operatories with strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Anticipating the doctor’s needs to ensure efficient and smooth clinical workflow
- Maintaining sterilization and cleanliness throughout the practice
- Communicating with patients about pre- and post-op care, and ensuring their comfort during visits
- Supporting lab case management and tracking
- Keeping detailed and accurate clinical notes within Dentrix
