How You Will Make an Impact

  • The Project Manager will work with stakeholders and other resources to develop and execute project plans, produce deliverables, detail work breakdown structures to meet scope and time objectives in order to realize business case benefits and create value for Great HealthWorks
  • Support interdepartmental teams throughout project and software lifecycles
  • The Project Manager will perform relevant project management processes including initiate, plan, execute, control and close to ensure that projects are managed in a standard and predicable way
  • Establish and maintain project management guidelines to improve Project Management maturity
  • The Project Manager determine approach for each assigned project to ensure successful implementation
  • Work with business unit stakeholders to develop requirements and document technical specifications
  • Communicate project performance information to the various levels of management, ensuring understanding and support from key stakeholders
  • The Project Manager will track project resources, issues, risks, and other associated performance indicators, to ensure project success

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree required in relevant discipline (Computer Science, Business, Information Systems)
  • 5 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager managing at least two of the following project disciplines:
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a Waterfall and/or Agile environment
  • New Product launches
  • New Marketing campaign launches
  • Knowledge or experience using Agile Methodology in Projects
  • Experience leading project teams and users in the delivery of solutions
