We are the first line of defense for homeowners and businesses facing crises from water and mold damage. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Performing water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification services.

Conducting mold remediation, including setting up containment, performing demolition of affected materials, and detailed cleaning.

Using specialized equipment such as moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA vacuums.

Following all safety protocols and IICRC industry standards to ensure the job is done right.

Communicating professionally with clients, providing updates and reassurance throughout the project.

Maintaining accurate job site records and completing necessary paperwork.

Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency after-hours and weekend service.
Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.

Comfortable working in challenging physical conditions and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

A professional attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred (But Not Required):

1+ years of experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, or a related field (e.g., construction, demolition, carpet cleaning).

IICRC certifications, especially Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and/or Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT).
