What You’ll Do:

Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence

Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests using Opera Cloud PMS
-
Resolve guest concerns with empathy, efficiency, and sound judgment—while following hotel policies
-
Stay upbeat and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Proactively identify issues and take initiative to resolve them independently

Strong communication, sales awareness, critical thinking, and follow-through

Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Previous hospitality or front desk experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude
