Job Description
Are you a hands-on mechanic who loves fixing things and leading a team? We’re looking for a Small Engine Mechanic to take charge of our fleet and keep everything from trucks to mowers running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Keep our shop clean, safe, and efficient</li>
<li>Maintain and repair vehicles and equipment (skid steers, trailers, mowers, and more)</li>
<li>Prioritize repairs and reduce equipment downtime</li>
<li>Save money by spotting warranty opportunities and managing parts</li>
<li>Communicate with branch managers about service needs</li>
<li>Track repairs and maintenance accurately</li>
<li>Support inventory audits</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience with heavy-duty/Isuzu repairs preferred</li>
<li>2+ years of auto repair and preventative maintenance required</li>
<li>Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus</li>
