Job DescriptionCorporate / Business Transactional Attorney | Hybrid – CaliforniaA respected California law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate and Business Transactional Attorney to join its growing team.This is an ideal opportunity for a driven attorney who thrives on sophisticated deal work, client interaction, and a collaborative, supportive culture.What You’ll Do

  • Handle a broad range of business and corporate transactions, including:
    • LLC and partnership formation
    • Buy-sell agreements
    • Entity conversions
    • Asset purchase agreements
  • Experience with real estate transactions (leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, easements) is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of transactional experience.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, business-minded approach to client service.
  • Desire to grow within a well-established, team-oriented environment.

What We OfferCompensation: $140,000 – $220,000 base + annual performance-based bonuses.
Hybrid flexibility: Work-from-home options with an annual telecommute budget.
Billable target: 1,850 hours.
