Job DescriptionLHH is currently seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join a well-regarded law firm in Naples, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional to contribute to a busy practice supporting attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.

Assist with probate and trust administration, including preparing pleadings, accountings, and correspondence.

Maintain case files, client records, and deadlines.
-
Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions as needed.

Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and document organization.

Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts & estates, probate, or estate planning.

Knowledge of Florida probate and trust procedures.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
