Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Luxury Residential Construction to lead our elite construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end residential projects, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage luxury residential construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Director of Construction in the residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of luxury and high-end residential construction practices.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in estimating and business development is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
