Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Luxury Residential Construction to lead our elite construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end residential projects, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage luxury residential construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Construction in the residential sector.
• Strong knowledge of luxury and high-end residential construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in estimating and business development is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
