Job DescriptionAssociate Attorney - PI, PL, Const. Defect Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Litigation in Ft. Lauderdale, FLAn established firm based in Ft. Lauderdale with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their team onsite or hybrid. This Attorney will have experience in personal injury, auto accident, construction defect, professional liability, and/ or general liability litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients throughout the litigation process. Offer:
$165,000 - $185,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.They must have an active license to practice law in California.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or related areas.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.The candidate should be able to bill (1980 hours min), report to clients, and manage time with minimal training. Responsibilities:
The attorney will represent clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice and support throughout the litigation process.They will draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.They will conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare for trial.The attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies. They will manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation.Attendance at court hearings, depositions, and mediations will be required.The attorney will communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation.
