Job DescriptionMachine Operator Opa Locka, Florida $18/hr This is a rotating shift role, with one week scheduled from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM and the following week from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. The position involves feeding raw materials into machines, performing routine quality checks, troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
As a Machine Operator, you will be expected to keep the work area clean and organized while following established procedures to ensure product quality and employee safety. You will conduct regular inspections, report mechanical issues to maintenance staff, and play an essential part in supporting smooth production operations.
Requirements: Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally some prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety are essential for success in this position.
