We’re hiring a Data Analyst / Data Operations Engineer to help us scale that infrastructure, build automation, and uncover insights that support strategic growth.

This role is ideal for someone who’s early in their career, technically capable, and eager to take ownership of core systems and data operations. If you’re comfortable in SQL, excited by automation, and ready to build meaningful internal tools, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

Data Infrastructure & Automation

• Build and maintain data pipelines across systems such as our dialer platform, CRM, and AWS RDS.

• Design and execute automations using Latenode, Zapier, or custom scripts.

Analysis & Insight Generation

• Analyze lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion rates.

• Provide insights to cross-functional teams to improve decision-making.

Dashboards & Reporting

• Build internal dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.

• Ensure reporting is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders.

Adaptability & Growth

• Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting tools and priorities.

• Continuously learn new platforms, APIs, and data workflows as needs grow.

What We’re Looking For

Core Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Marketing Operations role.

• Strong SQL skills with a focus on metric analysis and data validation.

• Experience working with AWS RDS or other cloud database pipelines.

• Proficiency in Python (JavaScript is a bonus) for scripting and API integration.

• Comfortable working with Google Sheets API and automation tools like Zapier or Latenode.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with campaign dialing systems.

• Experience working with CRM systems and understanding sales funnel workflows.

• Background in marketing analytics or lead attribution frameworks.

• Knowledge of telephony infrastructure such as:

  • SIP Trunking

  • Call routing logic

  • VoIP systems

  • Webhooks and event-driven dialer integrations

  • Comfort working with telecom APIs, especially for analytics or system-level automation.

• Exposure to AI agent deployment and supporting technologies:

  • LLM-based systems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows

  • Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)

  • Prompt chaining, fallback orchestration, and API-layer decision trees

  • Building or integrating conversational agents via third-party frameworks or custom scripting

Growth Potential

This role offers a clear path to senior technical leadership. As you gain experience and demonstrate impact, you’ll have the opportunity to expand into a Head of Data, Director of Operations, or Technical Lead role—and ultimately progress toward Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Chief Information Officer (CIO) responsibilities.
