We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to manage market complaints and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role involves coordinating with external partners and internal departments to conduct thorough root cause analyses and improve procedural controls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the quality assurance procedures applicable to market complaints in accordance with company protocols.
  • Ensure all product quality complaints are appropriately initiated, investigated, and responded to.
  • Work with external partners and customers to gather necessary information for robust root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with functional departments to identify and implement additional procedural controls for compliance improvement.


Essential Skills

  • Experience with Electronic Quality Management Systems such as TrackWise, Master Control, and Veeva.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong technical writing skills and command of the English language.
  • Good understanding of current regulatory requirements related to market complaints.


Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a Scientific Field.
  • Strong working knowledge of market complaints and root cause analysis processes.


Work Environment

This position is based in a lab environment regulated by FDA and GMP standards. The work schedule is the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. The role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on lab experience with potential for long-term career advancement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coral Springs, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
