Your Role at Haven
As a Home Health RN, you will provide high-quality skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients homes, working closely with physicians, patients, and caregivers to support recovery, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver skilled nursing care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety, independence, and wellness
- Communicate clinical findings effectively with physicians and the care team
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
- One (1) year of home health experience preferred
- Experience with Kinnser EMR preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage time independently
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
