Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at Stadium Property Rentals in Tallahassee, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, identifying and repairing mechanical issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained. Having the ability to repair many items that will save from having to use subcontracted companies to finish repairs and related projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Ability to handle physical workload and operate hand and power tools
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in maintenance, repair, or related field is a plus
• Certification and/or experience in related fields such as HVAC, electrical, carpentry (basic), plumbing, drywall, fixing and repairing minor items related to leasing and maintaining properties
• Ability to manage one's own time as per projects and related functions
• Capacity and understanding as to how to assess, itemize needed items and all related functions to each work order in the most timely and cost effective way and gathering all items needed for all work orders
• Using time wisely pertaining to travel from job to job and minimizing travel expenses
