Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with autism. By implementing evidence-based ABA interventions, the RBT will help foster positive behavioral changes, promote skill development, and enhance the overall quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
  • Provide direct intervention
  • Collect data on client progress
  • Assist with the generalization of skills to the natural environment
  • Participate in team meetings

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification (REQUIRED)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
