*Job Overview*
We are seeking a CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for set-up and production runs to manufacture parts for our customers per their blueprints.
The candidate will be responsible for reading and understanding the blueprint, setting up the CNC machine with tooling, running first article and production machining, making small G-Code edits, deburring parts, and doing self-inspections on parts.
Machine X Fabrication currently has the following Mills:

- Passion for metal machining
- 2+ years experience in machining and setups.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding tolerances, and other GD&T callouts.
- Knowledge of CNC Mills.
- Leadership Abilities
- Loads parts in the machine, cycles machine, and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
- Ability to inspect parts with calibers, micrometers, height gages, bore gages, pin gages, etc.
- Ability to take part from raw stock to finished, deburred part within all tolerances.
- Understanding of G-Code and ability to modify as required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
