We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Naples, Florida seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our professional and friendly team. Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Perform adult prophylaxis
- Provide periodontal therapy, including SRP and periodontal maintenance
- Take and interpret digital dental radiographs
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
- Perform accurate periodontal charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical hygiene skills and attention to detail
- Gentle, patient-centered chairside manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a full hygiene schedule efficiently
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
Proffered skills
- Experience with periodontal maintenance and implant care
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix)
- Familiarity with digital imaging and intraoral cameras
