Buffalo Crossing Health & Rehab Center is currently seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This position offers consistent, reliable hours—ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility without sacrificing stability.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
