This is a Per Diem position on day shift with NO benefits.
Job Summary
- Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patient's needs.
- Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of growth and development
- Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients
- Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidenced by appropriate documentation
- Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidenced by appropriate documentation.
- Completes Admission Assessment in time frame established, according to Policy and Procedure.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- One year previous diagnostic/invasive cardiac cath lab and/or EP LAB
- Florida State license as RN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within six months of hire.
