Quality Inn & Suites By The Parks in Kissimmee is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales efforts for our two hotel properties located in Kissimmee and Ocala, Florida. This dual-property role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who can drive revenue, develop strong client relationships, and maximize occupancy and rate growth across both locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for both properties.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group, government, and leisure segments.
  • Manage existing client relationships and conduct regular property tours and sales presentations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to identify new business strategies.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to leadership.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and local business functions to promote brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with operations and revenue management teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within hotel sales systems.
  • Welcome groups and executive clients at the Properties.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Certification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 + years of hotel sales experience; multi-property or regional sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Central Florida hospitality market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with hotel sales systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Kissimmee and Ocala.
