We are seeking a technician to start as soon as the next two weeks. You will be provided all equipment and a company vehicle. Day schedule from 8+ hours, competitive hourly rates ($15-$17 per hour), 40 hours a week plus uncapped BONUS potential to help us add customers!

Responsibilities:
- Help implement marketing plan for mosquito and tick control services
- Complete our paid training and be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route that will be managed with efficiency and professionalism
- Learns how to prepare job sites for treatment then sprays properties with precision and expertise
- Learns how to mix/apply chemicals to residential and commercial properties according to work order specifications, safety procedures, and label instructions
- Provide excellent customer service to retain customers
- Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
- Assists with completion of required production forms at end of daily work order assignment
- Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Must have own transportation to the branch location
- Excellent people skills
- High work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to carry a 40-45lb backpack sprayer
- Willing to work outdoors
- Ability to pass background check
Must possess certified pest control license (any designation)
Operating in the greater Miami area.
Pay Frequency:
- Twice monthly
