SUMMARY: The Patient Service Coordinator works as part of the administrative and medical office team performing those clerical and administrative duties necessary for patients who are a part of Florida Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (FBCCEDP.).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
- Graduate from an approved Medical Assistant Program which identifies both clinical and classroom instruction sufficient to meet state requirements preferred.
- A minimum of one (2) year experience in a medical facility and/or related customer service field.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with culturally diversified groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to interface effectively with members of culturally and professionally diverse staff.
