Primary Care Opportunity in Sarasota, FL - 1st year compensation over $300k

Position Overview

Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—without RVU pressure.

We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: $250,000–$270,000 (based on experience & location)
• Sign-on Bonus: $20,000–$60,000+ (varies by clinic)
• Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
• Full Benefits on Day 1
• Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage

Role Highlights

• Value-Based Care: majority Medicare Advantage patients, chronic disease & preventive care focus
• 12–15 patients per day
• Integrated Care Team:
  • NP/PA
  • Medical Assistants
  • Social Workers
  • Lab & Pharmacy support
  • Referral coordination

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Geriatric experience preferred
• HEDIS experience a plus
• Value-Based Care experience preferred—but not required; training provided
