We are seeking a responsible person for the daily operations, funding and grants managing of the Open Door Health Center Inc., a free clinic for the uninsured poor, in accordance with established Policies and Procedures. Coordinates clinic operations, data collection and grants reporting, personnel issues, linking with collaborators, donors and volunteers while handling information with appropriate confidentiality and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements include to be a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) college graduate with a degree from a four-year institution and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Non-Profit grants managing/medical/health center operations. Familiar with outpatient health care settings, confidentiality, patients of various demographic backgrounds, personnel and resources management and medical education. Interest and understanding of community needs, access to medical care issues, grant writing/grants managing, and medical education &/or experience in the ambulatory healthcare setting.
