The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the property, equipment, and systems are safe, functional, and well maintained. This role supports daily operations by responding to service requests, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical equipment.

Respond promptly to work orders, service requests, and emergency maintenance issues.

Conduct repairs to equipment, fixtures, and common areas to ensure proper operation and safety.

Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of building systems.

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of parts and supplies.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company policies.

Support vendors and contractors during scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Keep accurate records of work performed, inspections, and completed service requests.

Assist with setup, cleanup, and maintenance related to events or special projects as assigned.

Provide excellent customer service to residents, tenants, and staff when addressing maintenance concerns.

Maintenance experience required.

Highly motivated, dependable, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and general repairs required.

Relevant certifications are a plus (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar).

Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
