Job Summary:
The Carpenter is responsible for performing skilled physical labor related to the fabrication, refinishing, and repair of yacht interiors and exteriors, particularly teak decks. This position requires working both in the workshop and on board yachts, using a variety of hand and power tools, and supporting other craft workers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry work on board yachts and in the workshop, including fabrication, refinishing, and teak deck repair.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on vessels and in the shop.

Set up dock power supply for tools and equipment as required.

Remove and properly dispose of waste materials from vessels at the end of each workday.

Assist other craft workers and team members as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven carpentry experience, preferably in a marine or yacht environment.

Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
