Seeking Lead Gardner/Landscaper for Luxury Palm Beach Estate
A private luxury estate is seeking an experienced and highly skilled lead gardener/landscaper to manage and maintain the grounds to an exceptional standard. This is a long-term full-time position ( 5 days per week) for a professional who takes pride in excellence, discretion and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full oversight of all estate, landscaping, and garden maintenance
- Planning and executing seasonal planting, pruning and landscape improvements
- Maintaining lawns, gardens, trees, irrigation systems, and outdoor features
- Managing schedules, supplies and contractors as required
- Hiring, training and supervising garden staff
- Ensuring the grounds consistently meet luxury estate standards
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in high-end residential or estate landscaping
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- In depth, knowledge of horticulture and landscaping maintenance
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
