<p>My client, a successful and growing personal injury law firm with offices in the Brickell area, is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Case Manager with a strong background in personal injury. The right candidate will be fully bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and comfortable managing a high-volume caseload from intake through trial preparation.</p>
<p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution</li>
<li>Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents</li>
<li>Support attorneys with trial preparation and litigation tasks</li>
<li>Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel</li>
<li>Maintain organized case files and monitor all key deadlines</li>
<li>Translate and interpret for client communications and document needs</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a full-time role with paid insurance, paid time off, paid parking and room for growth within a well-established firm.</p>
