Listed below are the steps that are required for this assignment.

Deliver kiosk to PBI: Palm Beach, FL Airport for Installation

Location site is pre-security no escort is not required.

Heavy lifting 232lb.

Loading cart is required. See photo of kiosk to gage what type of cart is needed. Measurement of pallet and kiosk.

Pallet w/kiosk - 80 x 13 x 43

Kiosk - 77 x 13 x 35

Pallet w/empty box for 55" kiosk (Pack for re-shipping)

Scope of Work KIOSK INSTALLATION

  • Pick-up kiosk day of installation.
  • Contact Mike Blankenship CS once the kiosk has been picked up.

  • Please handle kiosk with care as they are very fragile.
  • Contact ANGELO LINZA (CLEAR) prior to installation to confirm meeting location at the airport. (REQUIRED)
  • Work with on-site contact to deliver kiosk to installation location.
  • Unpack kiosk and attach base.
  • Work with on-site contact to neatly run power cable and plug into designated outlet.
  • Power up kiosk and call CS support to confirm everything is working as intended.
  • Give accessories to onsite contact.
  • De-install 55" kiosk and repack in empty 55" box sent with order
  • Remove box base and use foam packing to pack.
  • Pack kiosk using foam covering before packing into cardboard 55' box.
  • Place kiosk back to box for shipping.
  • Place kiosk back into crate for shipping
  • Secure crate back to original position as shipped
  • Clean up trash and remove all trash from the site.

Installation Day

  • Report to the drop off-site. Time of drop-off and installation start up is imperative that each location schedule will be monitored by CS technicians, so configures of the kiosk can take place once installed.
  • Clear representative will be onsite to assist with set-up location.

  • Once at location and Clear rep. has confirmed installation location.
  • This assignment is to be considered a White Glove installation. Gloves will be supplied. Wear the gloves during the installation process.
  • Cleaning rags will also be supplied for cleaning glass if needed.
  • Set-up site for installation. See instruction sheet supplied.
  • Make sure to follow instruction guide as shown. Bring blanket or another soft material to have handy when assembling the base to the kiosk. It is crucial that the kiosk does not get scratched during assembly.
  • Once base is secured stand kiosk upright and put in place. Do not slide kiosk on floor as it will leave scratches.
  • Run power cable to outlet and secure.
  • Please make sure power cables are neatly ran to outlet and ensure no trip hazards are visible. CONFIRM
  • Power up kiosk by the power button located on the back lower part of the kiosk.
  • Call CS IT support so they can confirm that kiosk is online, so they can proceed with configuration.
  • While configuration is being completed, please clean all material remining from installation.
  • All the trash is to be taking with you and deposed of at an off-site location.
