Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Trust and Estates Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Naples, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trusts and estates law, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, and tax strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and a diverse client base, providing tailored legal solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and implement estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and asset protection.
- Manage probate and trust administration matters.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop tailored legal solutions.
- Stay current on developments in estate, gift, and income tax law.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible for admission.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
