Adjuvo Technologies is looking for a qualified manual machinist to support our growing business. Small Run, High Complexity, Interesting machining requiring creative tooling, fixturing and approaches. Will provide some mentoring to less experienced machinists wtih strong desire to grow in responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual mills, lathes and other machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers to ensure accuracy of machined parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manual machinist - Proficiency reading drawings and blueprints
- Experience with fabricating complex geometries requiring unique tooling and fixturing
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Good understanding of machining principles and techniques - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Will require common tool of the trade

Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
