Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Estimator located in Hialeah, FL. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and analyzing job requirements. Daily tasks include performing site visits, sourcing materials, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. The Estimator will also handle budgeting and forecasting needs to provide precise and competitive cost projections.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC and Piping systems
• Project Management skills and familiarity with Budgeting
• Knowledge in Plumbing systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hialeah, FL
• Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
