What You’ll Do
???? Train as an Instructor, Customer Service Lead, and Manager on Duty
???? Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience & mentorship
???? Build confidence while creating a fun, inclusive, and safe environment
What We’re Looking For
✔ 18+ years old with at least 6 months of leadership experience
✔ Experience working with kids, customer service, or both
✔ Organized, reliable, and a great communicator
✔ Willing to get CPR/First Aid & Lifeguard certified
