Job DescriptionAs a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of our high-quality products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that components are manufactured to specification and meet our rigorous quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
