Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Join a dynamic educational environment as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist for the 20252026 school year, supporting K-12 students across the Palm City, Port Salerno, and Jensen Beach areas of Florida. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work with diverse caseloads ranging from elementary to high school levels, fostering communication development and academic success among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders within the school setting
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in professional development activities and district meetings
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid Florida SLP license and Florida school credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and staff
