Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide services in a school-based setting in Niceville, FL for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time opportunity working with students across various grade levels, supporting their access to learning and promoting mobility and independence in the classroom. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists while managing your own schedule and caseload. Plus, youll receive 1:1 support from our Special Education Advisory Teama group of experienced school-based clinicians dedicated to helping you succeed.

Responsibilities Include:

Conduct assessments to determine students' physical development and mobility needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals as needed

Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Document services and maintain compliance with state and district policies
Required Qualifications:

Active Florida Physical Therapist license

Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

School-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and time-management skills
