Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced flooring manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of mechanical and electrical systems used in the production of flooring products. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring maximum equipment uptime, product quality, and overall plant efficiency.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial maintenance, including electrical systems up to 480V, PLC troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance procedures. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to equipment care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical and electrical components.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce machine failure and extend equipment lifespan.
- Support plant efficiency by minimizing unplanned downtime.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of hands-on electrical & mechanical maintenance experience
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Comfortable working with electrical systems up to 480V
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to pass Ramsay Technical Assessment Test

1st shift: Mon-Thur – 4:00am-2:30pm (there is a little bit of flexibility around this schedule)
o Fridays from 6:00am-2:00pm (mandatory OT paid at 1.5x pay)
