Job Description

We’re hiring a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in a complex, multi-org environment. This role is focused on simplifying over-customized implementations, driving scalable architecture, and leading enterprise integrations (strong emphasis on MuleSoft Anypoint). This is a contract-to-hire position and candidates must be open to converting to full-time employment.

Location / Work Setup

Full-time onsite in one of these locations: Coral Springs, FL / Alpharetta, GA / Hagerstown, MD / Milwaukee, WI
Time zone alignment: EST or CST

What You’ll Do

Architect end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform
Simplify complex Salesforce environments (multi-org, large data volumes, complex sharing)
Lead integration patterns across the enterprise (MuleSoft required)
Enforce standards for security, IAM/SSO, and Salesforce development best practices
Translate business requirements into scalable designs, roadmaps, and delivery guidance
Provide technical oversight/mentorship to delivery teams

Required Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise solution architecture; 5+ years in Salesforce architecture
Hands-on Salesforce skills: Apex, LWC, Flows, declarative configuration, security/sharing
Enterprise integration design/implementation experience (MuleSoft Anypoint required)
Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
Strong communication skills; able to translate technical designs into business value
