An elite Miami-based trial boutique is seeking an exceptional Plaintiffs’ Trial Attorney to join its select litigation team. This firm has an extraordinary track record of multimillion-dollar verdicts and precedent-setting cases in personal injury, medical malpractice, and complex litigation. Position Overview
This role offers the chance to work on a limited, high-value caseload, receive mentorship from nationally recognized trial lawyers, and participate in complex, high-stakes litigation from inception through verdict. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from client intake to trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision.
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
- Participate actively in jury trials, including voir dire, witness examination, and closing arguments.
- Maintain exceptional client communication and service throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
- J.D. from a top-tier law school with outstanding academic credentials (Law Review, Order of the Coif, or top 10–15% preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience — plaintiffs or defense.
- Trial and/or medical malpractice experience strongly preferred.
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Licensed to practice in Florida.

- Experience handling complex, catastrophic injury matters is a plus.
