Fine Jewelry Showroom Assistant – Full & Part-Time Positions Available
Arden’s Fine Jewelers, a family-owned, high-end jewelry store, is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Showroom Assistant who brings professionalism, enthusiasm, and a warm presence to our daily operations. If you enjoy genuine customer connections, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role:
This is a client-facing position with the opportunity to grow into a sales role over time. The fine jewelry industry is built on trust, expertise, and attention to detail—developing the knowledge to thrive in sales takes time and dedication. We’re looking for someone ready to learn the business, support our clients, and become a valued long-term part of our team.
Please Note:
This role requires a consistently professional and upbeat demeanor. You’ll help deliver a luxury experience and contribute to a positive atmosphere for both clients and coworkers. Weekend and evening availability (until 9 pm) is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude

Enhance the showroom experience with hospitality touches (beverages, fresh-baked cookies)

Assist sales consultants with client care and styling support

Accurately process transactions using our POS system

Gift wrap purchases with care and attention to detail

Maintain a clean, organized showroom and jewelry displays

Proactively contribute to an exceptional customer experience

Be a flexible, supportive team player
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of high-end retail experience

A genuinely positive, engaging personality who enjoys helping others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain professional, focused, and proactive throughout the day

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Willingness to learn and grow in the fine jewelry industry

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings (until 9 pm)
