Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of 8 - 10 properties. This includes maintaining property standards, fostering positive tenant relationships, and ensuring the financial stability and profitability of the managed assets.
You will be responsible for the Property Maintenance and Repairs, Tenant Relations, Financial Management, Compliance and Legal Matters, Vendor and Contractor Management and Emergency Response
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Relevant experience in property management, including Community Association Management (CAM) experience.

Bilingual Spanish

Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Technical proficiency in Yardi, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.

Proven adaptability and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
