Job Overview:
We’re looking for dependable and hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team at Spotless & Bright Cleaning Company! Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Empty trash, clean restrooms, and replenish supplies as needed.
- Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor buffer, etc.).
- Follow safety and cleaning protocols to ensure the highest standards.
- Communicate any maintenance issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to job sites is required.
- Must be on call when needed.
- Availability for late-night or overnight hours is required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
