predictiveIT is currently seeking a career oriented, self-motivated, and dedicated IT professional to join our team as a Network admin and Service Desk Engineer - (Reactive Support).

Here's what you'll be doing!
- The primary job function will focus on onsite (and remote) escalations when needed, working with the client's TAM to gather information for them to build out client standards and working on the Service Desk taking incoming call and working tickets sent to support. This role also includes hardware installs at the clients locations IE: Computers and network equipment etc.
- You’ll record, track, and escalate cases through our already established tracking system as well as help keep our documentation top-notch and up to date.
- Provide reactive support & remediation services for alerts that come from our RMM software.
- You will need to be familiar with basic server and network concepts and possess the ability to boot/restart servers/network devices and perform similar technical network services of low technical complexity.
- Provide a best in class customer experience by providing fast response to requests, friendly interactions, frequent communication, follow up and follow through.
- You’ll get to be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows 8 / 10 / 11 OS X Desktop Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server 16 / 19 / 22
- Active Directory and Azure AD knowledge
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365 and G-Suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
- Ability to lift and carry computer components up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- A+ Certification and/or Network+ Certification is preferred
- Familiarity with Autotask Ticketing System and Datto RMM is preferred, but not required
- Mac experience (and an interest in learning even more!) is a huge plus!
- Driving to client locations in and around the Tampa Bay area
