What you’ll do

You'll own the delivery of the airline’s technical ecosystem, ensuring reliable rollout of initiatives spanning capabilities that cover Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise systems.

Key systems you’ll oversee include:

  • Passenger Service System (PSS)
  • Flight operations and dispatch
  • Crew scheduling and rostering
  • Maintenance & Engineering (MRO)
  • Revenue accounting and ticketing integrations
  • Loyalty
  • Customer Web and Mobile apps
  • Staff apps

Other systems that support Commercial, Operations, and Enterprise functions of the airline.

You’ll act as the primary IT partner the airline’s business functions, ensuring systems comply with aviation regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, ICAO). You’ll also lead vendor implementation and optimization of airline platforms and manage integrations between operational systems and ERP/Finance.

Building systems for real-time operational resilience and effective incident response will be critical, as will supporting fleet expansion, route growth, and operational scaling.

What you’ll need

  • 8+ years of experience in airline or aviation IT environments
  • Deep understanding of airline operational workflows
  • Experience with airline platforms (eg, PSS, Flight/Crew/Movement, MRO, PRM, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory and safety requirements
  • Proven ability to support mission-critical, 24/7 operations
  • Strong customer-centric mindset balanced with operational rigor
  • Excellent stakeholder communication under high-pressure conditions
