What Youll Do
- Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC systems (15+ tons), refrigeration, and food service equipment
- Handle preventive maintenance contracts with 5+ units
- Replace parts or full units, including smaller RTUs and mini-splits
- Service larger systems like boilers, chillers, VRFs, VFDs, and chilled water systems
- Communicate with dispatch, document jobs accurately, and deliver top-notch service
- Provide elite customer care and ensure first-time-right service with minimal callbacks
- Support junior technicians and contribute to a positive team environment
What Were Looking For
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- EPA certification (required)
- OSHA 10/30 & manufacturer certifications (preferred)
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable with flexible hours and rotating on-call shifts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lead or mentor junior techs
A Few More Things
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like climbing, kneeling, crawling, etc.
- Ability to read work orders, communicate clearly with customers, and document repairs
- Basic math and reasoning skills for troubleshooting and job planning
