We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment around the exterior areas of the property. This role involves regular upkeep of parking lots, outdoor walkways, and trash receptacles, as well as providing a visible presence to support the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all exterior of the property, including parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways.
• Empty and replace trash and recycling receptacles on a scheduled basis and as needed.
• Pick up litter and debris throughout outdoor areas, ensuring a tidy and safe environment for guests.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs of the perimeter to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or hazards.
• Report any damages, spills, or unusual activity to management or security promptly.
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests when approached for directions or assistance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping work preferred but not required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday (10 AM - 6 PM), multiple shifts available

Pay Rate: $16/hour
