- You have successfully closed 6 or more transactions in the past 12 months and are eager to build on that success

Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Agent:
- Enhance client relationships to increase repeat and referral business
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations to align clients with the perfect properties
- Host showings and open houses to effectively market listings
- Guide clients through the entire process from listing to closing
- Stay informed on market trends and pricing to confidently advise clients
Requirements:
- An active Real Estate License
- At least 6 transactions closed in the past 12 months
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology
- A driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset
Compensation:
Commission-based | $96,000 – $300,000+ per year (based on performance)
