???? Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of litigation, from intake through trial
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Argue motions in court and participate in depositions
- Support trial preparation and courtroom presentation
- Communicate case strategy and status to partners and clients
✅ Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar license
- Minimum 3 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and independently handle case responsibilities
- Professional, organized, and collaborative team player
