Position Summary: Concierges act as the first point of contact between guests and an organization. The most successful Concierges possess exceptional customer service and people skills.
Job Responsibilities and Characteristics
Customer Service a must
- Sorts and distributes mail
- Supports sales and leasing activities · Supports property vendors/ couriers
- Maintains inventory and stock of supplies
- Works collaboratively with client employees
- Able to communicate clearly and in a friendly and kind manner
- Greets all residents and guests by providing superior service excellence
- Understands all essential aspects of the client's organization and operation
- Maintains a positive and professional relationship with residents and guests
- Builds knowledge of local area amenities to best answer resident and guest questions
- Answers phone calls with a friendly and helpful tone and communicates messages when necessary
- Assists residents and guests in a professional and efficient manner and provides follow-up when necessary

Experience and Education
- High school degree or GED required
- Some higher education credits preferred
- Minimum one-year service excellence/ customer service experience required
- Working knowledge of office software, mailroom activities, point-of-sale, and phone systems
Work Environment
- Will be working inside a Class A Trophy property with 6 to 8 hours of standing and walking
